New Client Process

To ensure we are the right fit for each other, we will have an initial virtual, complimentary 10 minute consultation.

If you have a corporation and would like us to be your accountant going forward, we need you to complete the Make the Change form.

We will connect with you to gather the appropriate authorizations with CRA that we need from you to provide you with the level of service we provide.

For the first year only (for corporations), an initial $2,000 is required to be paid prior to us commencing your year-end work. For all subsequent years, payment is required in full at the time of the Year-End Meeting.

Questions/consultations throughout the year are welcomed anytime (our consulting rate of $450/hr applies).
